Davide Petrocca Guitar

Channel of Jazzguitarist Davide Petrocca. Influenced by Herb Ellis, Joe Pass, Pat Martino, Emely Remler, Pat Metheny, Scott Henderson, Allan Holdsworth, Django a.m.o Coming from a very musical family in which his brothers, 10 and 12 years elder, are also guitarists, Davide started playing the guitar as a Child. He received extensive tuition in folk, pop, latin and jazz till he was 18 years old, followed by several Years of Studies. He has been playing the guitar for more than three decades now, as well as beeing an Instructor and Teacher. Davide feels at home in jazz tradition, deeply rooted in swing and bebop, with his strongest influences being Joe Pass, Pat Martino and Herb Ellis, but also fusion and jazzrock players like Pat Metheny, Allan Holdsworth and Scott Henderson. Invitations to various festivals and clubs, and collaboration with other guitarists like: Nik Maier, Julian Lage, Martin Taylor, Bireli Lagrene, Tim Miller, Garisson Fewell, Saul Rubin, Stochelo Rosenberg a.m.o
