The Three Point CoRRECT™ Agenda is simply about three things: creating more economic opportunities, distributing & spreading out economic opportunities, and better-managing economic opportunities. In order for these three main objectives to be done, the Three Point CoRRECT™ Agenda is as follows: 1) Economic Liberalization - Removing economic protectionist provisions in the Constitution that keep foreign investors and multinational corporations away, thus making job-creation difficult 2) Region-based Decentralization - Empowering the regions by giving them the ability to determine their own economic policies so that they may attract investors, economic opportunities, and jobs - Decongesting Imperial Manila 3) Shift to the Parliamentary System - Adopt a system of government that is far more superior, more stable, more accountable, more flexible, more efficient, and better and leader selection - choosing competent leaders based on performance instead of name recall and popularity
